Mrs. Noesges is responsible for organizing and supervising elementary staff in the development and reporting of standards-based curriculum, instruction, and assessment. She directs the coordination of instructional support services and all required local, state, regional, and federal reports for elementary curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
Mrs. Noesges is the co-chair of the International Program at Mt. Vernon Community School Corporation. She has traveled to China and Taiwan to develop partnerships with elementary schools. She coordinates the international visits to Mt. Vernon and has worked with groups from China, Taiwan, and Germany. During June 2018, Mrs. Noesges traveled to Anshan, China and worked with teachers and students modeling best instructional practices.
Mrs. Noesges has been an educator for 19 years. She has taught grades 2, 4, and 7. She was an elementary principal for 6 years and is currently the Director of Elementary Education and Co-Interim Superintendent at Mt. Vernon Community School Corporation.
